I've been told that my 220bpm tracks are simply too fast, and I'm at the point now where I agree. I've gone with a somewhat slower, more relaxing pace this time with 174bpm instead.

I think it sounds slower than it actually is, probably due to the lack of prominent percussion between the kicks and snares.
Yeah I'm using a similar beat to my 220 one, I'll probably do something more interesting next time.
